Advertisers & users are advised to be responsible for ensuring that all advert elements (text, images, graphics, videos) referred to as *content* published on idak are in compliance with all applicable laws. Idak shall not be held responsible for such violations & inaccuracies.
The advertisers & users agree to take full responsibility of their content & avoid any space for copyright, intellectual or property rights violations or any sort of negative influence that trigger hostile situations among involved parties. Both parties unconditionally agree to release idak from all legal & contractual obligations, liabilities & claims arising in relation to the use or non-use of the service.
Copyright
Advertisers permits Idak an unconditional, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable & non-exclusive right & license to use, reproduce modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such content or incorporate such content into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. The content will be used for marketing materials & communication as required by idak. lk website.
Safety and images
Idak reserves the right to manipulate & edit the content as required for editorial purposes to be used across different medias & platforms as well as not to publish any content fully or partly that are irrelevant or against Idak ad posting guidelines.
Personal
Idak has the right to cooperate with legal authorities in the event any content violates the law. The identity of advertisers, users or buyers may be revealed. Ip addresses may also be registered in order to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.
Privacy
Idak reserves the right to collect information from all users & advertisers as authorized upon the acceptance of idak terms & conditions. The collected information may be disclosed to company affiliates & any other person for the purpose of administering, supporting and maintaining idak as well as for improvements & product development purposes including research, marketing & planning procedures.
Cookies
Idak uses cookies to provide you a comprehensive user experience with ongoing improvements for which you must enable cookies on your browser to enjoy full functionality on the site without experiencing any interruption.

Idak may contain links or references to other websites (‘third party websites’). Idak shall not be responsible for the contents on third party websites that are not necessarily investigated or monitored by idak management.
Paid content and services
Some content and services of Idak require payment, including but not limited to, posting of ads, boosting of ads and renewals.
Users may use ad promotions using coupon codes issued by Idak. Coupons may not be redeemed for cash.
Advertisers and users may be required to transmit paid content information through a third-party service provider, which may be governed by its own terms of use. Linking to any third-party service providers is at the users’ and advertisers’ own risk & discretion.
Idak disclaims all liability related thereto. Under no circumstances shall idak be obliged to refund any payments made in respect to paid content.
Disclaimer
Idak assumes no responsibility what so ever for the use of idak and disclaims all responsibility for any injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from or arising out of or any way related to (a) any errors on idak or the content, including but not limited to technical errors and typographical errors, (b) any third party web sites or content directly or indirectly accessed through links in idak, (c) the unavailability of idak, (d) your use of idak or the content, or (e) your use of any equipment (or software) in connection with idak.
Indemnification
Advertisers and users agree to indemnify Idak as well as its officers, directors, employees, agents, from and against all losses including any transactional disputes between renter and rentee, expenses, damages and costs, including attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of this terms and conditions (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
Modifications
Idak reserves the right to amend, change or update these terms and conditions. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on Idak & users are responsible for the reviewing of such modifications. Your continued access or use of Idak shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Governing law
Idak is operated under the laws and regulations of Sri Lanka.
